Returns and Exchanges

Apparel, drinkware and accessories. If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service at customerservice@socialbrew.us

 

For Exchanges on merchandise, we ask that you include the packing slip or order number, as well as what size you'd like in exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process a new order to ship out to you.

 

If you’re unhappy for any reason with your purchase of any Social Brew apparel, drinkware or accessories, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. 


  • - If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • - Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or store credit.
        • - To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned
          unworn, unwashed or undamaged with all original tags attached.

Do you accept returns on coffee?

If there is physical damage to the packaging, coffee can be exchanged for the same coffee (or a similar coffee/blend of equal or lesser value) at no cost to you. Please contact our customer service directly at customerservice@socialbrew.us for a replacement. Please do not send back your damaged coffee products.

When do you ship?

Usually orders are processed 7-10 business days from the order date. If we are backordered on items, we will promptly notify you either by email or phone.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship domestically and internationally so you can enjoy your conscious coffee anywhere in the world. Please note tax varies depending on what state/country you are in.

How should I store my coffee?

The best way to store your coffee is out of direct sunlight, in a cool place, fully sealed. Our bags have a special zip lock type seal in order to ensure freshness for longer. Coffee typically stays fresh for 14-21 days though it is okay to drink it past this time frame. The best by date is stamped on the bottom left of each bag as well.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and payments through PayPal.
